SENNA products collect only the information needed to operate, secure and improve the relevant service.

Browser-local tools
Some tools, including supported SENNA PDF workflows, may process files in browser memory without uploading them to a SENNA server. Each product explains when server processing is required.
First-party page counter
The footer counter sends the current page path to a SENNA Cloudflare function. It stores aggregate total and per-page view counts. The frontend uses session storage to avoid counting repeated refreshes of the same page during one browser session. The public counter is not intended to identify individual visitors.
Analytics and advertising
SENNA may use privacy-conscious analytics and, after approval, advertising services. Such providers may use cookies or similar technologies according to their own policies. Consent controls are used where required before optional analytics or advertising technologies are activated.
Contact messages
Information sent by email is used to answer the enquiry, investigate a report or manage a requested business conversation. Do not send passwords, API keys or unnecessary sensitive records.
Children
Products directed to young users require stricter data minimization, parent-guided design and separate advertising review.
Security and retention
No online system can guarantee absolute security. SENNA limits retention and access according to the purpose of each product.
