Placement rules

  • Sponsored material must be labelled before the user engages with it.
  • Payment cannot buy a favourable verification result or false institutional claim.
  • Children’s experiences and secure operational portals require separate advertising decisions.
  • Financial products must not be promoted with misleading returns, guaranteed outcomes or hidden conditions.
